Shipping and Returns:
Thank you for your interest in Pasadena Coffee Company. We pride ourselves in offering you excellent customer service! If for any reason you chose to replace or return any of our products, contact us within 10 days if it is coffee or coffee beans you must return, and 30 days for any other product your purchase from us. We will gladly replace your product or refund the purchase price upon receipt of returned items. We welcome you to contact us for additional information at any time.
Orders are shipped via FedEx or similar carrier. A physical address is necessary for delivery. Shipments to multiple addresses are treated as multiple orders, and charged accordingly. We do not ship C.O.D. for rush delivery, FedEx 1, 2 or 3 day and Saturday delivery available. Orders must be placed before 1 pm Pacific time to be able to go out the day they place the order. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may be shipped via USPS or FedEx.
